Reinhardt Lang, the esteemed Managing Director of Eversure, is a seasoned professional with an impressive career spanning over 26 years in the Mining and Engineering sectors. At the age of 54, he carries with him a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of the industry that only decades of hands-on experience can impart. Reinhardt holds a B.Comm degree in Financial Management and is a registered accountant with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). This strong academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, gives him a unique perspective on strategic leadership in the mining and engineering industry.

Known for his professional acumen, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence, Reinhardt is widely respected in the industry. His guiding principles are rooted in financial prudence, strategic growth, and sustainable practices, all of which have shaped the trajectory of Eversure under his leadership.

More About Eversure

Eversure, the brainchild of Juan Small, was established in 2019. Juan identified a significant void in the Mining, Engineering Solutions and Plant Hire sectors, particularly for boutique and industrially challenged mines. On July 1, 2022, Eversure underwent a transformative restructuring to become a fully-fledged opencast mining, mineral processing, and plant hire company.

Eversure adopts a holistic approach, pooling together an exemplary team of professionals and industry experts. Each challenge we face is seen not as a hurdle, but as a stepping stone towards future success. This vision is founded on enthusiasm, unwavering values, and a focus on productivity.

In no time, we have significantly expanded our fleet for mining, plant hire, and mineral processing, enabling us to provide a broad range of services.
